What You Will Do:
As a Software Engineer, you will take ownership of the software development lifecycle, ensuring that our products are robust, secure, and user-friendly. You will work in a fast-paced environment where your code directly influences our product roadmap.
Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Architect and implement scalable software solutions using modern technologies and best practices.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and QA engineers to define feature requirements and deliver high-quality releases.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code; actively participate in peer code reviews to maintain high standards.
- Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in existing systems and refactor code to improve performance, scalability, and security.
- Testing: Develop comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure application reliability and stability.
- Agile Execution: Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives to drive continuous improvement.
- Troubleshooting: Debug complex issues in production environments and provide timely resolutions to minimize downtime.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of professional software development experience.
- Programming: Strong proficiency in at least one major programming language (e.g., JavaScript, Python, Java, or Go).
- Frameworks: Experience with front-end frameworks (React, Vue, Angular) and back-end technologies (Node.js, Django, Spring).
- Database Skills: Familiarity with relational databases (SQL) and NoSQL solutions (MongoDB, PostgreSQL).
- Cloud & DevOps: Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and version control (Git).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to debugging and root-cause analysis.
