Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable software applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Code Quality: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, adhering to best practices and coding standards.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and UX designers to translate requirements into technical specifications and deliverables.
- Testing & Debugging: Perform thorough unit testing and debugging to ensure software stability and performance.
- Deployment: Participate in CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes to ensure smooth releases to production.
- Technical Guidance: Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance on architecture and system design.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Experience: 4+ years of professional software development experience.
- Languages: Proficiency in Python, Java, or C#.
- Frontend: Strong experience with JavaScript frameworks such as React or Angular.
- Database: Experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL solutions.
- Cloud: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
