Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy robust, scalable, and secure software solutions using modern programming languages.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams of product managers, designers, and other engineers to define features and technical specifications.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring low latency and high availability for our global user base.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, following industry best practices and coding standards.
- Participate in code reviews, architectural planning, and technical troubleshooting to drive system reliability.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to the team's technical growth and knowledge sharing culture.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience with a strong focus on backend or full-stack development.
- Proficiency in Python, Java, or Go and experience with React or Angular.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases and designing efficient data models.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work autonomously in a remote-first environment.
