Responsibilities
- Code Development: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Python under the guidance of senior developers.
- Debugging & Testing: Identify and fix bugs in existing software applications and perform unit testing to ensure functionality.
- Collaboration: Participate in daily stand-ups and collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers and product managers.
- Learning: Actively engage in training sessions and code reviews to rapidly improve technical skills and industry knowledge.
- Documentation: Maintain clear documentation for code changes and technical specifications.
- Remote Support: Assist in troubleshooting technical issues for clients and internal teams remotely.
Qualifications
- Educational Background: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred but not mandatory.
- Technical Basics: Familiarity with basic computer operations and internet navigation.
- Willingness to Learn: Demonstrated self-motivation to learn new programming languages and tools quickly.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical team members.
- Problem Solving: Ability to break down complex problems into manageable steps.
