Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end data pipelines using SQL, Python, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Create compelling visualizations and dashboards in Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Analyze complex datasets to identify business opportunities and mitigate risks
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to support data-driven decision-making
- Develop A/B tests and statistical models to measure campaign effectiveness
- Maintain data quality frameworks and ensure regulatory compliance (GDPR/CCPA)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles
- Expert proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (Python/R)
- Advanced knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
- Experience with statistical analysis and experimental design
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication abilities to translate technical findings for non-technical audiences
