Responsibilities
- Data Mining & Processing: Extract, clean, and transform large datasets from various sources using SQL, Python, and ETL tools to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Advanced Analytics: Conduct in-depth statistical analysis and predictive modeling to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business growth.
- Visualization: Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools to visualize data trends and share insights with stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present complex data findings in a clear, concise, and visually appealing manner to non-technical audiences, enabling data-driven decision-making.
- Database Management: Work closely with the engineering team to optimize database structures and improve query performance for reporting needs.
- Process Improvement: Identify gaps in current reporting processes and recommend automated solutions to increase efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Experience: 4+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (Advanced), Python (Pandas, NumPy), and visualization tools (Tableau or Power BI).
- Tools: Strong working knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and ETL tools (e.g., Informatica, Talend).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot complex data issues and propose innovative solutions.
