Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable microservices using Java/Python
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization for AWS cloud infrastructure
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming sessions
- Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices
- Collaborate with Product teams to translate requirements into technical specs
- Debug and resolve production issues with root cause analysis

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience with distributed systems
- Expertise in at least one modern framework (React, Spring, Django)
