Responsibilities
- Design and implement high-performance microservices using Go and Python
- Lead architectural decisions for cloud-native infrastructure on AWS
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and code reviews
- Optimize system performance and scalability for 10M+ daily users
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using Kubernetes and Terraform
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Drive innovation through prototyping and rapid experimentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in production-level software development
- Expertise in distributed systems and cloud architecture
- Proficiency in Go, Python, and modern web frameworks
- Strong background in database design (SQL/NoSQL)
- Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies
