Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications and systems for our global clientele.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code in various programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C#).
- Debug and resolve complex technical issues to ensure system stability and performance during off-peak hours.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including QA and Product Management, to define feature requirements and technical specifications.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), including requirements gathering and deployment.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience as a Software Engineer.
- Strong proficiency in at least two major programming languages and experience with modern frameworks.
- Proven experience working in a shift-based or night shift environment.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
