- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering.
- Proficiency in languages such as Python, Java, or Go.
- Experience working in a Night Shift, 24/7 operations, or on-call rotation environment.
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
