Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-quality software solutions for our clients.
- Debug and resolve complex technical issues during night operations to ensure system stability.
- Collaborate with product managers and QA teams to define feature requirements.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to junior engineers.
- Optimize application performance and scalability during off-peak hours.
- Maintain and update technical documentation and architecture diagrams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Java, or C#.
- Experience working in Night Shift environments or the ability to adapt to shift work.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively in a remote-first setting.
