Responsibilities
- Perform in-depth data analysis and modeling to support business intelligence initiatives and reporting needs.
- Extract and clean data from various sources using SQL and Python to ensure high data quality.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker) to visualize key performance indicators.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify trends, opportunities, and operational efficiencies.
- Conduct statistical analysis and forecasting to predict market trends and business outcomes.
- Document data processes and methodologies to ensure compliance and knowledge transfer.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst.
- Expert proficiency in SQL (writing complex queries, joins, stored procedures).
- Strong programming skills in Python or R for data manipulation and automation.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or QlikView.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently during night shifts (PM to AM schedule).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
