Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Architect and implement high-performance, scalable software solutions using modern languages and frameworks.
- System Maintenance: Monitor, debug, and resolve technical issues on the server and client side, ensuring 24/7 system availability.
- Coding Standards: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code while adhering to industry best practices and security protocols.
- Collaboration: Partner with QA, DevOps, and product teams to define technical requirements and deliver features efficiently.
- Optimization: Continuously analyze and optimize application performance to reduce latency and improve user experience.
- Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting guidance for internal stakeholders during the night shift window.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of professional software engineering experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Java, Python, or C#, with experience in JavaScript/TypeScript and front-end frameworks (React/Angular).
- Databases: Strong understanding of SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases.
- Night Shift: Must be willing and able to work night shifts (e.g., 10 PM - 6 AM) on a rotating schedule.
- Relocation: Must be open to relocating to Jacksonville, Florida (Relocation assistance provided).
