Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and maintain high-quality software code for our 24/7 operational systems.
- Debug complex issues and resolve technical tickets that arise during the night cycle.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to hand off completed features and receive new requirements.
- Ensure database integrity and optimize system performance during off-peak hours.
- Participate in code reviews and technical architecture planning sessions.
- Monitor system health and respond immediately to alerts or outages.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4-6 years of professional experience in software engineering.
- Proficiency in Java, Python, or C#.
- Strong understanding of SQL and database management.
- Demonstrated experience with Cloud Services (AWS/Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively in a remote team setting.
- Must be available to work a Night Shift schedule (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
