Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software code for our core platforms.
- Manage and troubleshoot technical issues during the night shift to ensure 24/7 system availability.
- Participate in code reviews and architectural planning to improve system performance and scalability.
- Collaborate with product managers and QA teams to define feature requirements and deliverables.
- Write clear, well-documented code and perform unit testing to ensure robustness.
- Optimize existing applications and implement new features in line with business goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional software development experience.
- Proficiency in at least two modern programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, C#, JavaScript).
- Experience working in a shift-based or night shift environment is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and version control (Git).
- Ability to work independently and solve complex problems with minimal supervision.
