Responsibilities
- Design & Develop: Design, code, test, and debug complex software applications using modern languages and frameworks.
- Night Operations: Monitor system performance and handle critical incidents during the night shift to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Code Maintenance: Refactor legacy code and optimize existing applications for better speed and security.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the 24/7 support team and backend developers to resolve issues efficiently.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate technical documentation and update technical specs for all deployed features.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: 3+ years of professional software development experience.
- Availability: Must be available to work a standard night shift schedule (e.g., 10 PM - 6 AM or 11 PM - 7 AM).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in at least one major programming language (Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript).
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues under pressure.
