Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Architect and implement high-quality, scalable software solutions using modern languages and frameworks.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to define feature requirements and deliver exceptional user experiences.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code while conducting and participating in rigorous code reviews.
- Optimization: Continuously monitor, test, and optimize application performance, security, and reliability.
- Troubleshooting: Debug complex issues and implement robust fixes to ensure system stability.
- Mentorship: Guide junior engineers and contribute to the technical growth and best practices of the engineering team.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software engineering experience in a similar role.
- Languages: Strong proficiency in at least one major programming language (Python, Java, or Go).
- Cloud & DevOps: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Databases: Deep understanding of database technologies, including SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB/Redis).
- Agile: Proven experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
