The Role
You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions that drive our business forward. You will work closely with product managers and designers to ensure our features are not only functional but also exceptional.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable microservices and APIs using modern languages (Java, Go, or Python).
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to software engineering best practices.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, architecture design, coding, and testing.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to junior engineers to foster team growth.
- Debug and resolve complex production issues with minimal downtime, ensuring system reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and technical specifications.
- Continuously learn and integrate new technologies to improve system performance and security.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong proficiency in at least two modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with database management systems (SQL and NoSQL) and ORM tools.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative Agile environment.
