Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable software applications using modern programming languages.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and QA engineers to define feature requirements and user stories.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code while adhering to best practices and coding standards.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to enhance team performance.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues and performance bottlenecks.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge-sharing within the engineering team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 3+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (React, Vue, or Angular) and Python or Java.
- Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and ORM tools.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
