Responsibilities
- Architect & Develop: Design and implement scalable, high-quality software solutions using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Code Optimization: Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code while actively refactoring legacy systems for improved performance.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Testing & QA: Develop comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure software stability and reliability.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers and participate in code reviews to foster a culture of technical excellence.
- Deployment: Collaborate with DevOps teams to streamline CI/CD pipelines and ensure seamless deployment processes.
- Problem Solving: Troubleshoot complex technical issues and propose innovative solutions to business challenges.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Technologies: Proficiency in at least two of the following: Python, Java, Go, or JavaScript (React/Vue/Angular).
- Database Skills: Strong experience with SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases.
- Cloud Knowledge: Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Agile: Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
