Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance trading systems for Equity Options execution and risk management.
- Analyze and optimize market data feeds to support real-time options pricing models.
- Collaborate closely with quantitative analysts to translate complex financial theories into robust software code.
- Ensure system scalability, low latency, and high availability in fast-moving market conditions.
- Debug and resolve critical issues in live trading environments with minimal downtime.
- Contribute to the architectural evolution of our proprietary trading infrastructure.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience, preferably in a financial or high-frequency trading context.
- Strong proficiency in C++ (required) and Python.
- Deep understanding of options markets, derivatives pricing (e.g., Black-Scholes, Monte Carlo), and market microstructure.
- Experience with Linux/Unix environments and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in a deadline-driven environment.
