What You Will Do:

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications for our core Equity Options trading systems.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and financial analysts to translate complex requirements into technical specifications.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code in Python, Java, or Go.
- Perform thorough code reviews and participate in agile sprint planning and stand-ups.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve performance bottlenecks and production issues.
- Contribute to the technical roadmap and help establish best practices for cloud infrastructure and security.
- Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience in a full-time capacity.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Java, or TypeScript.
- Experience with React or modern frontend frameworks is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and data modeling.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
