Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain high-performance trading platforms for equity options
- Collaborate with quants to implement pricing algorithms and risk models
- Optimize low-latency systems handling 10K+ transactions/second
- Design secure API integrations with major exchanges and brokers
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior engineers
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure)
- Ensure regulatory compliance (SEC/FINRA) in all system designs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in software development with finance/trading systems
- Expertise in C++/Java/Python and distributed architectures
- Deep understanding of options pricing models (Black-Scholes, Binomial)
- Experience with FIX protocol and market data feeds
- Strong grasp of financial markets and trading workflows
- Proficiency in Linux, Kubernetes, and cloud deployment
- Portfolio showcasing high-performance financial applications
