Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive data analysis: Extract, clean, and interpret large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Develop Visualizations: Create compelling dashboards using Tableau or PowerBI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for executive leadership.
- Report Generation: Generate weekly and monthly performance reports, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with marketing, sales, and operations teams to understand their data needs and provide support.
- Database Management: Assist in maintaining and optimizing our data warehouse and SQL databases.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve data collection processes and reporting workflows.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Experience: 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and Excel. Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI) is required.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical data into business insights.
- Attention to Detail: Strong analytical mindset with a focus on accuracy and data integrity.
- Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
