Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable software applications using modern programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, and QA) to define, design, and ship new features with a focus on user experience.
- Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure code quality, security, maintainability, and adherence to architectural standards.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues and bugs in a timely manner.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and architecture design to deployment and maintenance.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code that adheres to industry best practices.
- Contribute to the technical vision and strategy of the engineering department.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent years of experience).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional software development experience.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, Java, or C#.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team setting.
