Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-performance microservices using Node.js and AWS
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Docker for automated testing and deployment
- Optimize database queries and ensure system scalability for 10K+ concurrent users
- Conduct code reviews and maintain documentation using Swagger and Confluence
- Troubleshoot complex production issues using New Relic and CloudWatch
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming sessions
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in full-stack development with JavaScript/TypeScript
- Expertise in React, Redux, and modern frontend frameworks
- Strong background in RESTful API design and GraphQL
- Proficiency with AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS)
- Experience with CI/CD tools and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ scalable web applications
