Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable microservices using Java/Spring Boot
- Implement RESTful APIs and optimize database performance (PostgreSQL)
- Write clean, testable code with 90%+ test coverage
- Collaborate with UX designers to build responsive web applications
- Participate in CI/CD pipeline optimization using Jenkins and Docker
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming sessions
- Lead architectural reviews for new feature implementations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in backend development
- Expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and relational databases
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Experience with Agile methodologies and JIRA
- Proven problem-solving skills with system design challenges
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
