Responsibilities
- Monitor Security Systems: Track and analyze real-time alerts from SIEM and IDS/IPS tools to identify potential threats.
- Incident Response Support: Assist senior analysts in triaging, documenting, and resolving security incidents and vulnerabilities.
- Security Audits: Participate in internal and external security audits, helping to ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., ISO 27001).
- Threat Analysis: Conduct preliminary research on new malware, ransomware, and phishing campaigns to enhance our defense strategies.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of security logs, incident reports, and system configurations.
- Training & Development: Complete structured learning paths to obtain certifications such as CompTIA Security+ or CEH.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- No Experience Required: We welcome recent graduates and career changers eager to enter the field.
- Technical Skills: Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP) and operating systems (Windows/Linux).
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical thinking and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues under pressure.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to document findings and report to stakeholders.
- Remote Work: Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
