Responsibilities
- Design and implement high-performance microservices using Java/Spring Boot
- Develop and maintain AWS-based cloud infrastructure with CI/CD pipelines
- Lead API development and integration for financial transaction systems
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers
- Optimize system performance and troubleshoot production issues
- Collaborate with Product Managers to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Implement security best practices and compliance standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in backend development
- Expertise in Java, Python, or Go with strong OOP fundamentals
- Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Experience with RESTful API design and microservices architecture
- Strong problem-solving skills with data structures and algorithms
- Knowledge of financial systems or payment processing is a plus
