Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable software solutions using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code while adhering to best coding standards and architectural patterns.
- Participate in code reviews, technical planning sessions, and agile ceremonies to ensure project milestones are met.
- Debug, test, and troubleshoot applications to ensure optimal performance and user experience.
- Conduct technical research to identify opportunities for process improvement and system optimization.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance within the development team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field; equivalent practical experience is accepted.
- 3+ years of professional experience in software development with a strong command of at least one primary language (e.g., JavaScript, Python, Java, C++).
- Proven experience with front-end frameworks (React, Angular, Vue) and back-end technologies (Node.js, REST APIs).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of database systems (SQL and NoSQL) such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Redis.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
