Responsibilities
- Design and implement secure, high-throughput smart contracts and core protocol logic using Rust and Solidity.
- Architect scalable consensus mechanisms and node infrastructure to ensure system resilience.
- Lead security audits and penetration testing to identify and mitigate vulnerabilities in the protocol.
- Optimize gas efficiency and transaction finality times for high-frequency trading applications.
- Mentor junior developers and establish engineering best practices for the team.
- Collaborate with the research team to define the technical roadmap for the 2026 ecosystem.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 2 years specifically in blockchain or Web3 development.
- Deep expertise in Rust and/or Solidity.
- Experience deploying and securing dApps on Ethereum and Layer 2 solutions.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cryptography, and consensus algorithms (e.g., Proof of Stake, BFT).
- Proficiency with tools like Git, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with off-chain data indexing (e.g., The Graph) and storage solutions (IPFS, Arweave).
