Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable software solutions using modern frameworks and languages.
- Debug and resolve complex production issues that arise during off-peak hours.
- Conduct code reviews and contribute to architectural improvements to ensure system stability.
- Collaborate with QA and DevOps teams to implement robust CI/CD pipelines.
- Optimize database performance and application responsiveness.
- Maintain comprehensive technical documentation and API specifications.
- Participate in on-call rotations to handle critical weekend maintenance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Proficiency in Java or Python with strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Experience with relational databases (SQL) and NoSQL solutions.
- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud technologies (AWS/Azure).
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve production incidents under pressure.
- Must be available to work a consistent Weekend Shift schedule.
