The Role
As a Senior Web Developer, you will be responsible for architecting and implementing high-quality web applications. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver features that drive business growth.
Responsibilities
- Architecture & Development: Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure web applications using modern technologies.
- Collaboration: Partner with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes into high-fidelity, pixel-perfect code.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.
- Performance: Optimize application performance, ensuring fast load times and seamless user interactions across devices.
- Mentorship: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and code reviews for the team.
- Integration: Integrate third-party APIs and services while ensuring data security and compliance.
- Debugging: Troubleshoot complex technical issues and resolve bugs efficiently.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience in web technologies.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Core Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and modern CSS frameworks (e.g., Tailwind, SASS).
- Frontend: Strong experience with React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Backend: Solid understanding of server-side technologies (Node.js, Python, or Go) and RESTful APIs.
- Databases: Experience with relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and non-relational (MongoDB) databases.
- Tools: Familiarity with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS or Azure).
