Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Architect and implement robust, scalable web applications using modern technologies (React, Node.js, etc.).
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with UI/UX designers, product managers, and backend engineers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Performance Optimization: Analyze and optimize web applications for maximum speed, scalability, and SEO friendliness.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.
- Troubleshooting: Debug complex issues, conduct thorough testing, and ensure 99.9% uptime for critical systems.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers, conduct code reviews, and foster a culture of continuous learning within the engineering team.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in web development, with a strong focus on full-stack or frontend technologies.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and modern frameworks like React.js or Vue.js.
- Backend Proficiency: Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and server-side languages such as Node.js or Python.
- Database Knowledge: Experience with SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB).
- Cloud & DevOps: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) and CI/CD pipelines.
