Responsibilities
- Lead full-stack development of responsive, high-performance web applications using React, Node.js, and modern JavaScript frameworks
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate complex requirements into pixel-perfect, accessible interfaces
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability using performance monitoring tools
- Mentor junior developers through code reviews and pair programming sessions

Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional web development experience with portfolio demonstrating complex projects
- Expert proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and responsive frameworks (React/Angular/Vue)
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and server-side technologies (Node.js/Express)
