Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain responsive web applications using React, Node.js, and MongoDB
- Optimize application performance and implement scalable backend solutions
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to pixel-perfect implement designs
- Lead code reviews and establish best practices for development workflows
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and AWS cloud infrastructure solutions
- Document technical specifications and maintain API documentation

Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional web development experience with full-stack applications
- Expert proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, Node.js, and HTML/CSS
