Responsibilities
- Architect & Build: Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks like React and Node.js.
- API Development: Create and optimize RESTful APIs and GraphQL endpoints to ensure seamless data communication between front-end and back-end systems.
- Performance Tuning: Analyze application performance bottlenecks and implement optimizations to ensure fast load times and high user satisfaction.
- Collaboration: Work closely with UX/UI designers, product managers, and fellow engineers to translate requirements into elegant code solutions.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code; conduct thorough code reviews to ensure best practices are followed.
- Testing & Debugging: Implement comprehensive testing strategies and troubleshoot complex issues across various browsers and devices.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full stack web development.
- Frontend: Proficiency in React.js or Vue.js, with a deep understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and modern CSS frameworks (Tailwind, Bootstrap).
- Backend: Strong experience with Node.js, Express, or Python/Django.
- Databases: Expertise in designing and managing SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.
- Tools: Familiarity with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS or Azure).
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to deconstruct complex problems and deliver practical solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
