Our downtown Detroit headquarters features modern amenities, including a rooftop terrace overlooking the city skyline and a fully stocked innovation lab. This hybrid role offers 2 days remote work per week while maintaining in-office collaboration on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Responsibilities
- Lead full-stack development of responsive web applications using React, Node.js, and AWS
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement pixel-perfect frontend experiences
- Optimize application performance and security protocols
- Mentor junior developers through code reviews and technical guidance
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using Docker and Jenkins
- Conduct cross-browser testing and responsive design validation
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional web development experience
- Expertise in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3/SASS
- Proficiency with React, Redux, and modern frontend frameworks
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and GraphQL
- Experience with version control (Git) and agile methodologies
- Knowledge of database optimization (SQL/NoSQL)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
