Responsibilities
- Lead the UX Lifecycle: Spearhead the end-to-end design process, from initial user research and wireframing to high-fidelity prototyping, usability testing, and final implementation.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate strategic requirements into elegant, scalable design solutions.
- Design Systems: Create and maintain comprehensive design systems and style guides to ensure consistency, accessibility, and efficiency across all digital touchpoints.
- User Advocacy: Conduct user interviews, competitive analysis, and usability testing to validate design decisions and uncover unmet user needs.
- Visual & Interaction Design: Develop pixel-perfect UI designs and smooth, interactive prototypes that delight users and drive engagement.
- Mentorship: Guide junior designers and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and design excellence within the team.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects and case studies.
- Tools: Expert proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or InVision.
- Process: Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and the ability to apply them in a fast-paced agile environment.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex design concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Front-End Knowledge: Experience with front-end development basics (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a significant plus.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
