Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, interviews, surveys, and usability tests to gather insights and drive product decisions.
- Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity interactive prototypes using Figma and Adobe XD.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and software engineers to define and implement innovative solutions.
- Translate customer feedback and business goals into cohesive design strategies and roadmaps.
- Maintain and evolve our internal design system to ensure consistency and scalability across all platforms.
- Present designs and concepts to stakeholders, securing buy-in through clear visualizations.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, preferably in a SaaS, e-commerce, or FinTech environment.
- Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Design, Psychology, or a related field is a plus.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design projects, including research, wireframing, and prototyping.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex design decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
