Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth user research, interviews, and usability testing to uncover user needs and pain points.
- Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity interactive prototypes using Figma.
- Design intuitive, accessible, and visually compelling interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate business goals into design solutions.
- Maintain and evolve the company’s design system to ensure consistency across all products.
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and conduct design reviews with the engineering team.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, with a portfolio showcasing relevant work.
- Proficiency in designing within Figma, with a strong understanding of design systems.
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
- Strong understanding of web accessibility standards (WCAG).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions to non-designers.
- Experience in the SaaS or technology sector is preferred.
