Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gather actionable insights.
- Translate user needs and business goals into wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and developers to ensure design feasibility and implementation.
- Participate in design critique sessions and iterate on designs based on stakeholder feedback.
- Create and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across our digital products.
- Document user stories and requirements for the engineering team.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest UX trends and design best practices.
Qualifications
- A strong portfolio showcasing design thinking and process (personal projects are welcome).
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and web design principles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A self-starter mindset with a high willingness to learn and adapt.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
