Responsibilities
- Lead the Design Process: Own the end-to-end UX process, from user research and wireframing to prototyping and high-fidelity UI design.
- User-Centric Strategy: Conduct user interviews, usability testing, and market research to uncover insights that drive product decisions.
- Design Systems: Develop and maintain a scalable, consistent design system to ensure brand integrity across all digital touchpoints.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and developers to ensure designs are technically feasible and implemented pixel-perfectly.
- Advocacy: Champion user needs within the organization, presenting design concepts and rationale clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Optimization: Continuously iterate on existing products based on analytics, user feedback, and business goals.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating your process and problem-solving skills.
- Tools: Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (equivalent experience accepted).
- Methodology: Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and usability heuristics.
- Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end development is a plus.
