Responsibilities
- Design Leadership: Spearhead the UX/UI design process, from wireframing and prototyping to high-fidelity visual design and handoff.
- User-Centric Research: Conduct user interviews, usability testing, and competitive analysis to validate design decisions and drive product innovation.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into intuitive user journeys.
- Design Systems: Contribute to and maintain a scalable design system to ensure brand consistency across web, mobile, and print.
- Performance Optimization: Analyze user behavior data and A/B test designs to continuously improve conversion rates and user satisfaction.
- Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior designers, fostering a culture of excellence and creative problem-solving within the team.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, preferably within a fast-paced tech or agency environment.
- Tools: Expert proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools (Principle, Framer).
- Portfolio: A strong, online portfolio demonstrating a diverse range of projects with a focus on complex problem-solving and visual polish.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex design concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or a related field.
- Soft Skills: Deep empathy for the end-user, exceptional attention to detail, and a proactive approach to staying current with industry trends.
