Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gather insights and define product requirements.
- Create wireframes, user flows, sitemaps, and high-fidelity prototypes to visualize design concepts.
- Design intuitive user interfaces (UI) and seamless user experiences (UX) for web and mobile applications.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and alignment with business goals.
- Maintain and evolve our design system to ensure consistency across all platforms.
- Present design concepts and iterations to the team and leadership for feedback and approval.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, preferably in the tech industry.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or InVision.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design projects, including research, wireframing, prototyping, and UI design.
- Experience with design systems and component libraries.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions.
- Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and responsive design principles.
