Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive user research, including user interviews, usability testing, and competitive analysis to inform design decisions.
- Design intuitive, accessible, and user-centric wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate requirements into scalable design solutions.
- Develop and maintain a robust design system to ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints.
- Advocate for the end-user throughout the product development lifecycle and present design concepts to stakeholders.
- Create detailed design specifications and handoff documentation for the development team.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- Proficiency in designing in Figma, with experience in prototyping tools like Principle or ProtoPie.
- Strong understanding of information architecture, visual design principles, and usability standards.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex design concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment is highly preferred.
