Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to implement pixel-perfect designs using Figma and Adobe XD
- Develop user journey maps and information architecture for web/mobile applications
- Conduct A/B testing and analyze user behavior data to drive design decisions
- Maintain and evolve our design system across 15+ digital products
- Present design solutions to stakeholders through compelling visual storytelling
- Mentor junior designers through regular design critiques and knowledge sharing
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UX design experience with portfolio showcasing 15+ shipped products
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong background in user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, card sorting)
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into intuitive user experiences
- Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and responsive design principles
- Experience working in agile development environments using Jira/Confluence
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
