Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-quality software code for night-ops infrastructure and internal tools.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues with minimal supervision.
- Collaborate with product managers and architects to define system requirements and technical roadmaps.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure best practices, security, and performance standards are met.
- Optimize database queries and application performance to ensure 24/7 system stability.
- Participate in on-call rotations and incident response during night shift coverage.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience in a night shift or critical operations environment preferred.
- Proficiency in Java, Python, or C#.
- Strong experience with SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL databases.
- Experience with Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work autonomously.
- Willingness to relocate to Phoenix, AZ with full relocation support.
