Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes from research to implementation using Figma and Adobe XD
- Conduct user interviews, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (PMs, engineers, stakeholders) to deliver cohesive solutions
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that balance aesthetics and functionality
- Develop design systems and component libraries ensuring consistency across products
- Present design rationale to executive leadership and advocate for user needs
- Mentor junior designers and foster a culture of design excellence
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX design experience with portfolio showcasing complex digital products
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong background in user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, A/B testing)
- Expertise in interaction design, information architecture, and visual design principles
- Experience working in agile environments with Jira and Confluence
- Bachelor's degree in HCI, Design, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Portfolio demonstrating measurable impact on user engagement and business metrics
