Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including research, wireframing, prototyping, and user testing
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to deliver pixel-perfect interfaces using Figma and Adobe XD
- Conduct user interviews and usability studies to drive data-informed design decisions
- Develop design systems and component libraries to ensure consistency across platforms
- Create compelling visual designs that balance aesthetics with functional user needs
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Mentor junior designers and champion UX best practices across the organization
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX/UI design experience with a portfolio showcasing complex digital products
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong background in user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, testing)
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into intuitive user experiences
- Experience working in Agile development environments
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design rationale
- Portfolio demonstrating measurable impact on user engagement metrics
